Up To £70K Starting Salary & Bonus & EV Vehicle

Our client, a market leading providor of ICP & EV infrastructure acorss the UK is looking to grow their team. They are looking to add an experienced Project Manager who can come onboard and deliver major projects around the London area. This is a crucial position managing the delivery of major EV charging hub and grid connection projects predominantly in London. You will be required to provide an accurate, timely and consistent level of service to both internal and external stakeholders across the whole range of ICP business services from design, construction and all the way through to maintenance.

The Role & Duties

  • Manage EV Infrastructure Delivery for our key public transport client.
  • Act as an integral interface between the internal sales, estimating, design & delivery teams, external contractors and suppliers.
  • Liaise with delivery managers, clients, sub-contractors and support functions ensuring specifications, quantities and risks are identified, quoted and agreed accurately.
  • Provide a high, always maintained level of customer service to clients.
  • Updating internal project monitoring systems as and when appropriate.
  • Commercial responsibility for allocated projects.
  • Document control for project documentation and record keeping.
  • Act as an integral interface between Projects and Delivery team.
  • Developing and maintaining compelling relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Actively contributing to continuous process improvements.
  • Attend weekly/monthly planning and project meetings.
  • Ensuring that clients/stakeholders are updated on all elements of the project.
  • Provide relevant performance data to support preparation of weekly and monthly status reports.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong co-ordination and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle various projects and clients.
  • Project management/processes, previous experience managing rollouts across multiple sites is required.
  • Knowledge and awareness of continuous improvement within existing and new processes.
  • Experience within the ICP industry with good understanding of DNO process essential.
  • Strong Civils experience and knowledge as these projects will involve a huge elements of Civil Engineering works.
  • Experience within the EV/utilities/electrical industries with good knowledge of project lifecycles within this industry.
  • Strong Project Management experience within a similar role, ideally within the electrical utilities industry
  • 17th edition electrical works would be a huge advantage
