Are you an experienced project manager with strong expertise in office relocation? If so I have an exciting opportunity with a Financial Services firm based in London.

This is a contract role and they are looking for someone to start ASAP, they only have their current location until the 31/12 so the contract will initially be running until this date. The role is hybrid with 2x days a week in the London office and the rate is £600 p/d inside IR35.

Requirements

- Must have demonstrable experience designing and delivering office relocation projects from inception to closure as a project manager.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders

- Strong financial acumen with understanding of budgetary control and ability to provide detailed project financial management & reporting.

- Excelled experience/knowledge of governance, standards and controls within project management.

- Risk management ability to mitigate risk and communicate this to the stakeholders.
