A fantastic opportunity has been created within the growing Project Management team of a real estate consultancy offering turnkey solutions to Developers and HNWI clients within the super prime residential and hospitality markets.

Client Details

My client is a well-established business offering Development, Project Management, and Design services within the super prime markets within the residential and hospitality sectors. They have a long-standing track record and high levels of repeat and recommendation work giving them excellent security within the market. Their projects range from single residence refurbishment and new builds through to multi-unit development work. This position is newly-created within the Project Management team and will offer someone a superb opportunity to develop their career working across all stages on a variety of projects and on international work.

Description

This is a Project Manager position for someone to support the Head of Project Management across a range of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with budget and programme development and management throughout the project lifecycle

- Supporting design team appointments (sub-consultants) and coordination in line with ERs

- Preparation of procurement strategies and assisting with the tender process

- Management and monitoring of project progress during construction

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A strong educational background in a relevant field (architecture/design is advantageous but not essential)
  • Project Management experience working on building projects (refurb or new build) which have been completed
  • Sector experience within super prime residential or hospitality projects (high quality scheme experience will also be considered)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven organisation skills and the ability to manage processes effectively and on time

You must have the right to work in the UK and will be comfortable with hybrid working split between office, site, and some work from home. You may also be required to travel internationally for projects.
