Our client is an established London D&B contractor offering both design and construct services, working in the high-end residential market. They have a history of successful project delivery, on structural residential refurb projects from £500,000 - £2M.Current/recent project work is in Blackheath, Dulwich Village, Kensington and Wimbledon.You will be a client facing Project Manager and a key interface between the client and office team, monitoring and supporting an experienced site delivery team over 3 live projects at any time. The business is in a period of growth, focusing on prime resi refurb and significant structural alterations.Duties include:

  • Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company's requirements.
  • Create and Work to the programme of work and strategy for the project(s).
  • Maintain and update project reporting and planning.
  • Arrange and coordinate internal progress meetings.
  • Liaise with office team on commercial and design issues regularly throughout the contract.
  • Ideally support Cost analysis/control activities for projects.
  • Arrange and lead internal progress meetings.
  • Liaise with office and sub-contractors in relation to any variations and delays.
  • Produce correspondence in conjunction with the commercial team and maintain a filing system.
  • Monitor and review quality assurance, support snagging as required.
  • Produce RAMs for site, implementing Health & Safety Procedures including safety inspections of the site and ensuring regulations relating to health & safety are being met.
