Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Scope Development: Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and clients to define project objectives and requirements.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilised efficiently.
  • Scheduling and Timelines: Create and oversee project schedules, setting deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate, schedule and manage construction teams while fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, including delays and safety issues.
  • Quality Control: Ensure construction work meets the highest quality standards and specifications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain open communication with customers and contractors, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Keep accurate records of project progress, costs, and issues while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
