Our superb client is seeking an experience Project Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis to cover London and the South of the UK, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (likely 8.30am-5.00pm but some flexibility required).
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for attending fire / flood damaged properties across the South of the UK to undertake surveys and to create estimates and written and video reports, estimates will include labour costs, equipment and materials, attending sites to prepare the physical site, plan works and manage projects, handing over site to site supervisor for commencement of works, monitor project progress to ensure it meet targets and deadlines, updating customers with progress updates, H&S planning and CDM, preparing project costing sheets and other related project paperwork, technical support to colleagues, continuous improvement, investigate and respond to job related queries, and much, much more.
To be considered for the role of Project Manager, you will have strong site-based project management experience in property damage restoration, you must be willing and able to travel extensively and stay away from home when required. You will have strong experience of commercial property damage project management, property decontamination, contents restoration, property drying, H&S. You will have strong leadership skills and effective communication skills to lead a team, the ability to project plan and make appropriate decisions on next steps. You will also have a full UK driving licence and own transport.
In return, my client is offering a starting salary of £45,000, 25 days paid annual leave plus statutory holidays, pension, life assurance after probationary period, annual performance reviews, holiday by & sell scheme and lots more.
