My client are a rapidly growing business looking for the next Project Manager to come on board! You are wanted if you have the following:
- Confident with Microsoft Applications
- CSCS Card
- EWI/Cladding Experience
- Programme and project management - manage production of appropriate GANTT charts including critical path analysis, interpretation of requirements, tracking of financial information.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with resident liaison and customer service teams to effectively address and resolve resident concerns to their satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of all contractor and subcontractor issues.
- Organise and attend site and management meetings on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis, as needed.
- Stay informed on relevant industry regulations, health and safety legislation, and company policies and procedures.
