A rapidly growing SME construction consultancy firm in London, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join their team. As Project Manager, you'll work closely with a collaborative, skilled team to oversee projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, timing, and budgetary targets are met
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication at each project phase
  • Conduct risk assessments, manage project documentation, and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
  • Contribute to strategic planning for projects and provide insight for improving operational processes
  • Represent the consultancy's values and uphold its reputation for high-quality service and professional standards

Requirements

  • Project management experience in a construction consultancy environment
  • A solid understanding of the UK construction industry, regulations, and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within time and budget constraints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and team relationships
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, APM) are advantageous, but equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Proactive, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
