The role:
- Management of site team, sub contractors and trades
- Overseeing all H&S and QA on site
- Experience in working with construction programmes and highlighting delays
- Must be able to chair site meetings with design team and subcontractor
- Managing the full site time and coordinating production, commercial, design and planning functions
- Ordering basic supplies to site
- Strong client/third party stakeholder engagement qualities
Requirements:
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Previously worked as project lead on new build residential schemes 300+ units
- Able to start asap
