Project Manager (Construction)

Venn Group is working exclusively with a London NHS Trust to recruit a Construction Project Manager to successfully deliver Capital Projects within budget and to specific time frames

Minimum Salary: £59,500

Duration: 18 month FTC

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Location: London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing staff and external contractors, analysing on KPIs and SLAs
  • Producing regular reports on project progress and presenting results to key stakeholders
  • Leading meetings, ensuring appropriate risks, issues and actions are recorded
  • Preparing financial budgets and providing update on management of funding
  • Arranging the appointment, management and monitoring of all professional design teams and consultants

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree/Professional qualification or equivalent experience in construction
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing Capital Projects
  • NHS experience is desirable
