Are you a project manager from a technical background looking to branch into the renewable energy market within an award-winning organisation?

My client is one of the most reputable consultancy firms working with district heating networks across the UK, turning over up to 10 million annually. Based in London Bridge in a state-of-the-art office, they are future focused and growing, with an extensive project pipeline within the future-proof industry of district heating networks and building services.

In this role, you will start by working on an innovative hospital retrofit project - assisting in the smooth delivery of the project as well as moving onto other decarbonization works across the UK. This is an office-based role, with hybrid working options and site visits.

This is the ideal role for a technical project manager looking to secure themselves job security within the district heating market. You will be looking to contribute to decarbonising heat networks as well as developing your own career within an organisation committed to employee progression.

The Role:

  • Project management of a large hospital retrofit project, as well as subsequent district heating and heat network projects.
  • Overseeing work packages -on multiple live contracts.
  • H&S Management.
  • Management of project expenditure, progress, procurement and aftercare - in line with contractual agreements.
  • Tender process management.

The Person:

  • BEng or MEng in an engineering / construction field.
  • SMSTS Qualified.
  • Experience in Project Management - Including M&E works.
  • NEC/JCT Experience.
  • Project budgeting experience.
  • London based.
