A specialist Project Management and Cost consultancy is looking to hire a Project Manager to work on fit-out and refurbishment projects across London as part of its Project Management team. The consultancy has grown its Project Management team has developed over the last few years to number 8 people, and additionally has also won new work on some exciting projects. You will be working a mixture of CAT B fit-outs for corporate clients, and on client-led asset management CAT A & B projects for Property Companies and Funds. This role would suit a Project Manager already experienced in this type of work.

Requirements:
- 2-5 year's experience
- RICS Qualified would be beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience delivering successful fit-out and refurb projects in the commercial space
- Happy being client facing
Salary:
- £65,000 - £85,000 depending on experience
- Generous bonus scheme
- Pension
