Description

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager you will have responsibility for your own schemes and your role will encompass:

Leading and managing property related projects both pre and post contract
Implementing project plans and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Coordinating project teams and managing relationships with stakeholders at all RIBA stages
Assessing and managing risks associated with the projects
Communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders
Reporting project progress and results to senior management and client teams
Continually improving project management processes and practices within a growing business

Profile

This role could suit a Project Manager looking to step up, a Senior Project Manager seeking a new challenge, or a Construction Project Manager interested in client-side consultancy work.

All applicants should have:

A relevant industry qualification (RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, etc.)
Proven experience in leading and managing property/construction projects through all RIBA stages, completed project experience is essential
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to report effectively to clients throughout the project life-cycle
Strong understanding of procurement processes with experience of appointing design teams and main contractors
Ability to assess and manage project risks proactively and generate solutions

You will be comfortable working in a hybrid role with some travel to projects required (generally London but could be UK wide) and must have the right to work in the UK.
