Description
As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager you will have responsibility for your own schemes and your role will encompass:
- Leading and managing property related projects both pre and post contract
- Implementing project plans and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Coordinating project teams and managing relationships with stakeholders at all RIBA stages
- Assessing and managing risks associated with the projects
- Communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders
- Reporting project progress and results to senior management and client teams
- Continually improving project management processes and practices within a growing business
Profile
This role could suit a Project Manager looking to step up, a Senior Project Manager seeking a new challenge, or a Construction Project Manager interested in client-side consultancy work.
All applicants should have:
- A relevant industry qualification (RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, etc.)
- Proven experience in leading and managing property/construction projects through all RIBA stages, completed project experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to report effectively to clients throughout the project life-cycle
- Strong understanding of procurement processes with experience of appointing design teams and main contractors
- Ability to assess and manage project risks proactively and generate solutions
You will be comfortable working in a hybrid role with some travel to projects required (generally London but could be UK wide) and must have the right to work in the UK.
