Are you involved in project planning for construction projects, looking for a role where you will be developed into the exciting and futureproof district heating industry?

My client is one of the most reputable consultancy firms working with district heating networks across the UK, turning over up to 10 million annually. Based in London Bridge in a state-of-the-art office, they are future focused and growing, with an extensive project pipeline within the future-proof industry of district heating networks and building services.

In this role - you will play an important part in planning construction projects across the district heating industry. From plantroom upgrades, energy centres, district heating systems and more - you will be working on exciting projects and will develop a skillset within the future of communal heating.

This is the ideal role for people involved in project planning / coordination within the construction industry, looking to develop a specialist skillset within the renewable energy sector. You will be driven by progression and looking to make an impact within an industry leading organisation.

The Role:

  • Developing project scheduling plans - from inception to completion for a variety of construction projects, including district heating networks, communal heating upgrades and more.
  • Collaboration with Project Managers to ensure smooth completion.
  • Progress monitoring, reporting issues, delays and deviations.
  • Internal and external stakeholder communication.
  • Working with NEC and JCT Contracts.

The Candidate:

  • Experienced in project planning / coordination in construction projects - including M&E works.
  • Degree or HNC qualified in technical sphere.
  • Experience in MS Projects or relevant planning software.
  • JCT and NEC contract experience.
  • CSCS Card.
