A Leading Construction contractor who work within Repairs and Maintenance are looking to take on a Repairs administrator/Planner to join there team in NW London
Repairs Administrator Responsibilities:
- Monitoring all inbox enquires and answering the phones
- Raising repair orders
- Dealing with client queries
- General administration tasks
- Dealing with Tennant repairs
What we are looking for:
- Can do attitude to work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Preferably have some experience in repairs and maintenance
- Full training will be provided
- Repairs Administrator or Repairs Planner Experience Maintenance or/ Social Housing
