Exciting opportunity to work for a growing property maintenance and project management business as a Senior Account Manager, managing a key client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Duties of the Role

* Work with Clients, Project Managers, staff, contractors and Sub-contactors to resolve maintenance issues and manage refurbishment projects

* Promote the company to existing and potential customers and clients and maintain long-term and valuable relationships with them

* Be the first point of contact for all communication with the client

* Regularly meet with client, architects, designers and contractors and keep all stakeholders informed of works in process

* Monitor progress of works

* Resolve issues and complaints with clients and within the company

* Help to identify new clients and extract new work from existing clients by delivering an exceptional product and service

Key knowledge and Experience

* A general understand of building works

* Profit oriented

* Budget management experience

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
