The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

As a Senior Construction Project Manager in this esteemed firm, you will be focusing primarily on the Commercial Sector. Your expertise will be pivotal in steering development, fit-out, and office projects to fruition. This position demands a professional who can thrive in a challenging and varied work environment, leading projects with precision and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialize in the Commercial Sector, managing a variety of projects including development, fit-out, and office endeavors.
• Lead project planning activities, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are organized and progressing according to plan.
• Coordinate effectively with teams, overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets meticulously, guaranteeing that projects remain within financial constraints.
• Engage in active communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, facilitating smooth project progress.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges, maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• An MSc/BSc degree in Project Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• RICS chartered status, or the intention to achieve this accreditation.
• A solid background in Construction Consultancy, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
• A full driver's license, enabling flexibility and mobility as required.
• Extensive experience in managing a wide range of Commercial Projects, showcasing your adaptability and skill set.
