The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

As a Senior Construction Project Manager in this esteemed firm, you will be focusing primarily on the Commercial Sector. Your expertise will be pivotal in steering development, fit-out, and office projects to fruition. This position demands a professional who can thrive in a challenging and varied work environment, leading projects with precision and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in the Commercial Sector, managing a variety of projects including development, fit-out, and office endeavors.
  • Lead project planning activities, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are organized and progressing according to plan.
  • Coordinate effectively with teams, overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets meticulously, guaranteeing that projects remain within financial constraints.
  • Engage in active communication with a diverse range of stakeholders, facilitating smooth project progress.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

  • A full driver's license, enabling flexibility and mobility as required.
