The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a broad spectrum of projects across diverse sectors, including industrial, leisure, health, education, residential, office fit-outs, and listed building/conservation. Your role will involve:

  • Managing a variety of projects spanning different sectors within the construction industry.
  • Being responsible for daily administrative tasks and overseeing project execution.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, equity partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Conducting site visits and ensuring projects align with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Aspiring to lead and inspire the team through your expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects across various sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Demonstrate leadership in guiding project teams and managing resources effectively.
  • Participate in business development activities, contributing to the growth of the consultancy.

The Senior Construction Project Manager RICS Chartered Membership (preferred)

  • RICS Chartered Membership (preferred) or intention of achieving it.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • A strong background in working within a Consultancy environment.
  • Experience across varied build sectors with a proven record of successful project delivery.
  • A full driver's license.
