Do you have experience in contract drafting and processing? We have a lovely role working for a highly successful London based publishing company, looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Executive to join their friendly team. This role is a broad and varied contracts position which offers the scope to develop. This role may also be recruited at Contract Executive level depending on experience. The Contracts Executive will be a hybrid working position requiring the successful candidate to work from the company’s offices for 2 days a week. The Senior Contracts Executive will play a crucial role in managing the contract drafting and workflow process, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will be detail-oriented, highly organised and will have strong written and oral communication skills. You will ideally have experience of using contract management software such as Biblio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the drafting, reviewing, and approval process for routine contracts
  • Maintain a centralised contract system
  • Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams during contract drafting
  • Develop an awareness of when contracts are not routine and need to be escalated to senior Operations team

The ideal person will have previous publishing contracts experience and will have solid organisational and communication skills. Experience of contract management software (Biblio) is essential, as is experience of working in a busy environment.
