With a core client base in the luxury hotel and leisure sectors, alongside significant commercial and residential work, this business is involved in some of London’s most iconic and high-profile developments.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager who thrives on high-value, high-impact schemes and wants to work with top-tier clients on standout buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver complex, high-value projects across luxury hotels, commercial offices, and mixed-use schemes

  • Manage full project lifecycle from inception to completion

  • Act as the main client interface, ensuring communication and delivery excellence

  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones

  • Provide leadership and structure on programme, procurement, and risk strategy

Candidate Requirements

  • MRICS (or equivalent chartered status)

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a UK-based consultancy environment

  • Experience delivering major commercial, resi or hotel sector projects

  • Proven track record managing full project lifecycle

  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead delivery teams
