Senior Project Manager - Data Centre ConstructionLeading International Construction ConsultancyAbout the RoleI am currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join my client, a globally recognized construction consultancy. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead complex data centre projects across multiple regions, working with industry-leading clients in the technology sector.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale data centre construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee project teams, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Drive project governance and reporting processes
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Mentor and develop junior project management staff
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years construction project management experience
- Proven track record delivering data centre projects
- Strong understanding of mission critical facilities and associated MEP systems
- Experience managing projects valued at £50m+
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes
- Strong commercial and financial management capabilities
- Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills
