  • 5+ years' project management experience
  • Strong background in construction or related field (degree/HNC/HND)
  • Comprehensive understanding of building technology
  • Proven NEC contract administration experience
  • Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, CIBSE) desirable
  • Excellence in stakeholder communication
  • UK residency for minimum 3 years (security clearance required)
