They are now looking to expand their expert team with a Senior Project Manager who can drive excellence across all aspects of this flagship scheme.The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you'll take the helm of a major heritage transformation project, leading a multi-disciplinary team through all RIBA stages. You'll be the primary client contact, responsible for embedding protocols, driving design management, and administering NEC contracts.What Makes This Role Special:

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Client brief development and stakeholder management
- Design process coordination across large multi-disciplinary teams
- Financial control and programme management
- Procurement strategy development and implementation
- NEC contract administration
- Risk and change management
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years' project management experience
- Strong background in construction or related field (degree/HNC/HND)
- Comprehensive understanding of building technology
- Proven NEC contract administration experience
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, CIBSE) desirable
- Excellence in stakeholder communication
- UK residency for minimum 3 years (security clearance required)
