Position Summary: They are looking for a results-driven Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in overseeing Solar PV installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of solar projects, contributing to our mission of advancing renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end project management of Solar PV installations, from inception to completion.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Oversee project risk management, identifying potential issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
5. Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular project updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the Solar PV/Installations industry.
3. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
4. Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, installations, and industry best practices.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
6. Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
