Responsibilities:

Take charge of all on-site activities, ensuring the smooth execution of projects in Super Prime London residential properties.

Coordinate and manage a team of skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure exceptional workmanship and seamless workflow.

Implement and enforce strict adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications to meet the highest quality standards.

Ensure compliance with stringent health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and secure working environment for all on-site personnel.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain rigorous quality control, promptly addressing any issues, defects, or deviations from specifications.

Requirements:
