An experienced Senior Technical / Design Manager is required to take the technical lead on a single, high-profile residential RC frame development in Stratford, East London. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in concrete frame buildings and residential construction, overseeing technical aspects and managing external consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the technical and design coordination for a major RC frame residential project.
  • Oversees all design management processes, ensuring compliance with planning and regulatory requirements.
  • Manages and coordinates external consultants, including architects, structural engineers, and MEP specialists.
  • Reviews and ensures technical accuracy of all design documentation before approval.
