This is a newly-created role for a Technical Manager with a background in delivering listed building refurbishment schemes to join a fantastic Developer on a new scheme in South West London.

Description
In this role as a Technical Manager you will be responsible for the listed building refurbishment element delivering c.150 high quality residential units as part of a larger development in South West London. This role is full-time on site and your key responsibilities will include:
- Design team management (appointment if necessary) through design and technical delivery
- Coordinate of design and technical information with subcontractors as required
- Ensure 3rd party coordination and compliance for statutory approvals and building control sign off etc.
- Manage project reporting as required by senior management
- Support the site team with RFIs and generating technical solutions within a complex existing building environment
Profile
A successful Technical Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering residential schemes in an existing building setting (listed building experience is preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
