Building Safety Manager

Panoramic Associates are supporting a local authority in their search for an Interim Building Safety Manager for a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Higher Risk Residential Buildings (HRRBs) in line with safety case reports.
• Ensure statutory duties and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
• Oversee fire risk assessments, building remediation, and compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Engage with residents to promote building safety awareness.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with fire and building safety standards.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
• NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification (or equivalent).
• Membership of IFE/IFSM (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and building compliance.
