We are seeking a building safety manager with public sector experience for a local authority in East London.
The role involves preparing building assessment certificate applications and providing technical expertise on building safety matters.
Key responsibilities include conducting building/block inspections and preparing Safety Case Files/Reports in accordance with the Building Safety Bill.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote work.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field, with a competitive salary offered.
