Our client, Newham Council, is looking for a Building Safety Project Manager to join their team.

  • To deliver the Councils Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
  • To review and amend as required the Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
  • Liaison with Building Safety Regulator as necessary.
  • Work with the Housing Resident Engagement team to support the High Rise Living residents group.
  • Prepare and issue resident communications to support Building Assessment Certificate applications.
  • Liaison with internal council teams, residents, contractors and consultants.
  • A key member of the Building Safety Team.
