Our client, Newham Council, is looking for a Building Safety Project Manager to join their team.
- To deliver the Councils Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
- To review and amend as required the Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
- Liaison with Building Safety Regulator as necessary.
- Work with the Housing Resident Engagement team to support the High Rise Living residents group.
- Prepare and issue resident communications to support Building Assessment Certificate applications.
- Liaison with internal council teams, residents, contractors and consultants.
- A key member of the Building Safety Team.
