Our client, Newham Council, is lookging a Building Safety Project Manager (Technical) to join their team.
- 3 days home working / 2 days (office) Bridge Road depot - will be moving to 3 days (office) after Christmas
- Preparation of Building Safety Cases.
- Liaison with Building Safety Regulator.
- Preparation of Building Assessment Certificate (BAC) applications.
- Liaison with internal council teams, contractors and consultants.
- A key member of the Building Safety Team.
