The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards across their operations, the candidate will be expected to be site-based for 3 to 4 days a week, with 1 day spent at the site office.

Experience Required for Health & SafetyAdvisor:

- At least 1 year UK based experience in a similar HSEQ role within the construction, drainage or civils industries is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.

- A thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, environmental legislation and best practices is required.

- Work as part of team to deal with HSEQ-related queries within the organisation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the organisation.
