Health and Safety Advisor - 55,000 - Wandsworth, London

We are currently seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor

Client Details

leading client in the education sector, based in Wandsworth, London.

Description

  • Manage and implement a broad range of Occupational Health & Safety practices on-site.

  • Oversee and ensure regulatory compliance across the property, with a focus on building-related safety and legislation.

  • Lead a small team of safety professionals and contractors, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.

  • Deliver and maintain safe working conditions and a proactive safety culture across the site.

  • Advise on health and safety improvements and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring ongoing compliance with all relevant legislation.

Profile

  • NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or currently studying).

  • Strong knowledge of property-related legislation and building technical safety.

  • In-depth understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and regulatory compliance.

  • Proven experience managing small teams, including contractors.

  • Experience in a similar Health & Safety or compliance role, ideally within a property or educational setting.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary of 55,000 per annum.
