Are you a proactive Health & Safety professional looking to make a difference? We are seeking a Health & Safety Officer to ensure compliance, promote best practices, and foster a strong safety culture across our group of companies.

Our core business, ITH Pharma, is an aseptic compounding facility specialising in Parenteral Nutrition, Chemotherapy, and CIVAS for NHS and private hospitals. This is your opportunity to contribute to a company dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Your Role:

? Conduct risk assessments and implement risk-reduction strategies.
? Develop and maintain health & safety policies, ensuring full compliance.
? Perform regular site inspections and audits to uphold safety standards.
? Lead engaging training sessions on health & safety best practices.
? Investigate incidents, recommend improvements, and maintain records.
? Stay ahead of legislative changes and ensure best-practice implementation.
? Oversee fire safety, hazardous substance management, and regulatory compliance.

What Were Looking For:

?NEBOSH certification (IOSH or environmental qualifications are a plus).
? Strong experience in health & safety, ideally in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.
? Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
? Strong organisational and communication skills.
