Constructive Moves is thrilled to be partnering with a leading Residential Contractor with an unrivalled reputation for high-quality design and build schemes. Due to the expansion of their Health and Safety department, we are on the hunt for a new Lead Health and Safety Manager.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in providing visible health and safety leadership across several residential projects. If you're proactive and excel in team environments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Great communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to present information at various levels are key. You'll act as a health and safety advisor, keeping projects current with new developments and ensuring best practices are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing the health, safety, and welfare management system, as well as monitoring performance. You'll oversee risk management and incident reporting and investigation. To qualify, you will need to hold a NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety, or an equivalent certification.
