Cedar are supporting a key client based in Central London who are looking to hire 2 x Contract Manager's - these are brand new positions which have recently been created following the recruitment of a Senior Contract Manager. These roles are permanent positions offering a salary up to 57,000 per annum plus a range of benefits which include a final salary pension and free and/or discounted train fares. The role's will operate on a hybrid working basis with the expectations to be on-site 2 days per week with the remaining days open to work from home.

Reporting into the Senior Contract Manager, the Contract Manager will be responsible for Contract Management activity and will help ensure that the business achieves best practice and delivers value for money on all contract supported. You will work closely with key stakeholders and be an integral part to Finance and Procurement teams helping to manage supplier contracts and relevant processes and systems in place. The successful candidates will be responsible for contract negotiation, contract changes, KPI monitoring and performance improvements with key suppliers and will help identify and eliminate risks where possible.

Candidates applying for this role MUST HAVE:

  • Proven track record working in Contract Management role i.e. c5 years' experience minimum would be advantageous
  • Experience working in the Public Sector and/or in the Rail/Transport industry would be advantageous
  • Strong Stakeholder Management and Negotiation skills
  • Experience using the Jagger Contract Management platform would be advantageous
