Contract Manager

We’re working with a leading FM provider in London, renowned for delivering top-tier hard services to the healthcare sector. They’re seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee vital FM operations across hospitals, clinics, and care facilities. 

The Role:
As Contract Manager, you’ll drive FM services for healthcare contracts, ensuring excellence in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance. This is your chance to lead a team, enhance client relationships, and contribute to a top FM operation in a critical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily FM operations across healthcare sites, focusing on hard services (e.g., HVAC, AHU maintenance).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HTM standards) and client SLAs.
• Lead a team of engineers and supervisors, coordinating schedules and resources.
• Serve as the primary client contact, delivering exceptional service.
• Monitor contract performance, budgets, and KPIs, reporting to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a Contract Manager or similar in FM, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC experience a plus).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced role with travel across London sites.
