Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Contracts Manager to join our growing London office. You will oversee 3-4 projects simultaneously, working on interior fit-out projects across sectors such as hotels, universities, and leisure centres, with project values ranging from £200k to £4m. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building a team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project programs using MS Project.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate closely with the QS team in the London office, demonstrating autonomy and leadership.
Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and key stakeholders.
Monitor and enforce health and safety standards on-site.
Prepare and manage contract documentation and variations.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: Senior-level Contracts Manager OR Project Manager with a proven track record in interior fit-out works.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Project and IT literate.
Trade/Background: Open to various trades or educational backgrounds, but candidates with frequent job changes may be flagged.
Cultural Fit: Must align with the company's collaborative and supportive culture.
