Our client is a leading Facilities Management company dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients across various industries. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a talented Contract Supervisor to oversee and manage key client contracts.

Position Overview:

As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of facilities management services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client contracts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring that service delivery aligns with contractual agreements and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

* Accountable for the successful and profitable contract delivery within a defined geographical area.

* Lead, motivate, support, and develop a team of Engineers, ensuring adherence to all people management processes and fostering a culture of performance management and continuous improvement.

* Act as a proactive and positive member of the Maintenance Management team, leading product-wide improvement programmes and projects, and ensuring consistent rollout of contract programmes of work.

* Actively participate in self-development and engage with industry networking channels/membership bodies to ensure continual improvement and stay updated with modern practices, technology, and best practices.

* Undertake a key customer interface role, particularly on key sites within the specified geographical area, ensuring visibility, approachability, and clear understanding of contract requirements and measures by the entire delivery team.

* Analyse KPI and SLA performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive improvement initiatives through management and delivery teams.

* Support the Maintenance Services strategy within your area of responsibility, promoting a "One Team" ethos and ongoing staff awareness and support for the Mission, Vision, Behaviours & Goals.

* Accountable for implementing the efficiency strategy, driving and exceeding self-delivery productivity and cost reduction targets.

* Support the performance management of key suppliers within your contract span of control, ensuring delivery to the company's required standards.

* Create and distribute key management information reports to customers and internally.

* Accountable for the tactical management/delivery of the scheduling process within your defined span of control.

* Drive business growth within your span of control and support new business costing, tendering, and mobilisation efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Undertaking performance management processes and employee relations issues.
  • Electrical or Building services qualification (HNC or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of delivery within the maintenance sector
  • Knowledge of MTC, JTC and NEC forms of contract

Salary: 56,000 - 60,000 + benefits
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
