About the role:

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised FM provider who are looking to take on board a Contract Support Manager to work on a highly reputable retail site in the heart of Southwest London. The main purpose of the role is to continuously develop and implement a robust framework of standard operating procedures for contract mobilisation, delivery, renewal and termination, and to oversee consistent application in service delivery, compliance, reporting and administration. Manage the service and helpdesk administration teams for the managed services division portfolio of mobile and resident contracts.


Responsibilities:

To manage the service desk team to ensure that planned, reactive and quoted works are scheduled and resourced in accordance with contract service level agreements.

To maintain accurate contract data, from mobilisation, through life cycle to full term.

To manage and continuously develop robust administration processes and procedures identifying the recurring periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually etc.) administration tasks that need to be consistently carried out by the service desk teams.

To ensure the compliance of processes and procedures, identifying any deviation and implementing corrective strategies where necessary.

Stake holding responsibility of the CAFM and business finance systems for the delivery of service contract obligations.

Production of contract performance and KPI reporting for all contracts for internal reporting and external customer requirements as determined by specific contract terms.

To liaise with the MSD management team on any matters relating to contract delivery.


Candidate requirements:

The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)

The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as a Contract Support Manager within the facilities maintenance industry.

Computer literate with excellent I.T. skills especially Excel and Word.

Knowledge and awareness of CAFM systems.

Recognised Management Training Certificate (ILM Level 3 or above), or proven experience in a Management position.
