Specialising in small-scale industrial, commercial, restoration, and fit-out projects ranging from £100k to £1m, this company has a solid reputation and a loyal client base, built on repeat business and high-quality delivery.
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the MD, you will play a key role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a chance to make a real impact while building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the company's continued growth.
Your Role Will Include:
- Creating and managing detailed project programmes.
- Overseeing budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Driving quality and safety across all projects.
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Managing teams and ensuring seamless project delivery.

To apply:
- 10+ years of experience in the construction sector.
- Expertise in fit-out or refurbishment projects is highly desirable.
- Strong practical knowledge across all construction disciplines.
- Experience creating and managing programmes.
- Contract review experience.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ambition to step into a senior strategic role.
- A trade background is a bonus but not essential.
