Contracts Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to join our client based in London.
The Contracts Administrator role is to assist the construction and preconstruction directors, to ensure that the Contracts Team/Pre-Con team operate effectively. Ensuring the department functions smoothly, to promote growth and meet financial objectives. This includes short- and long-term planning.
The successful Contracts Administrator will be responsible for:
- Liaise with clients/representatives & solicitors to arrange full execution of contracts, (flagging any anomalies). Confirming signature copies are received and saved in the relevant folders.
- Mange the subcontractors scoring matrix. As soon as a project is entered onto the ERP, this must be followed up on the scoring matrix. Email the link to all involved in the project. With the final scoring to be finalised no later than 2 weeks post project completion.
- Oversee the contact directory with the CM and ensure it is issued within the first two weeks of the project.
- Raise new project registration and PO form along with Contact Directory, Scope of Works and Construction Phase Plan
- Ensure CoM have all correct forms and paperwork required when starting on a new project. Supply CoM with a memory stick (this will include all H&S and excellence in delivery posters).
- Provide Health & Safety Stats on completion of projects.
- Take ownership by liaising with pre-con and operations director across all signed contracts, letters of intent and authorisation letters. Proof reading prior to issuing to make sure all terms (including payment terms) are accurate. Ensure all parties have signed copies and arranging for copies to be held on company system.
- Assist in the drafting subcontractors agreements and collateral warranties and ensuring this process is picked up and project handover by pre-con and CM, and prior to main sub-contract PO's being issued.
The Contracts Administrator will have:
