Our client is a well known and award winning, established inbound tour operator working with tour operators from around the world, planning and booking services for clients coming to the UK . We have a new role as a Contracts Co-ordinator your role be supporting the Contract Managers who negotiate hotel rates, allocations and space at hotels around the UK plus with all their tourism services such as transport, attractions, restaurants, visitor experiences and car hire .

You must have an eye for details as accuracy is vital for this position - you should be analytical and enjoy maths. You will input prices into their system, choose photos and write copy for their website, help the Manager arrange site visits and help plan their buying trips, and support the contracting team chasing up signed contracts from suppliers and help arrange fam trips for the team to expand their UK product knowledge.

A varied and interesting role, this would suit someone wanting to get into Inbound Tourism as they offer great career opportunities and genuine training and The role will be based in their London office and after full training programme lasting up to 6 months you can then be home based twice a week.
