Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a new opportunity to lead and manage high-profile construction projects? We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of major facades projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight & Coordination: Take full responsibility for the management and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and support project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and alignment across all departments.

Cost & Budget Management: Oversee project financials, ensuring strict cost control and regular reporting. Manage and mitigate financial risks, including procurement, contracts, and preliminaries.

Contract Administration: Manage the full contract lifecycle, including preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts. Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved swiftly.

Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to manage and mitigate them. Resolve issues effectively to maintain smooth project progress.

Health & Safety & Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards. Promote a culture of safety across all levels of the project.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on facades or similar sectors.
- Strong experience in contract negotiation, administration, and financial management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage project risks effectively.
