Up Front Recruitment is seeking an experiencedContracts Managerto join a leading interior fit-out construction company. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in fit outto oversee and manage all aspects of contracts, from initiation to delivery.

The position can be Employed / Contracted / FTC / Self Employed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, from inception through to completion.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and suppliers.
  • Draft and review contractual agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure obligations are met by all parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on contract matters to project managers and other team members.
  • Use project management tools to track milestones and progress.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in contract management within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in project/contract management (preferred).
