Our client is a well-established main contractor specialising in the super-prime residential sector and an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join them in a permanent capacity. The role offers the chance to oversee prestigious projects involving luxury homes and listed buildings in some of Landon's most sought-after locations.

- Subterranean extensions & basement works
- Structural alterations & refurbishments
- Remodelling & luxury fit-outs
They work on exclusive projects ranging from 1M to 15M, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and project execution.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Your key duties will include:
- Managing project teams and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Handling Health & Safety documentation and compliance
- Engaging with high-net-worth clients and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Managing structural alterations, basement excavations, and refurbishment works
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience with a reputable residential developer or main contractor
- Strong background in luxury residential projects in Central London
- Experience in new build, refurbishment, structural alterations, and basement excavation
- Excellent man-management and leadership skills
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge and documentation handling
- Professional, presentable, and client-facing with great communication skills
- Must be able to commute to Central London daily
