Due to a strong orderbook in 2025, we are seeking a Contracts Manager to theirteam. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage prestigious projects in the luxury construction market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the contractual and commercial management of multiple high-profile projects.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the luxury fit out sector, particularly in luxury retail, stadia, high-end hotels, and super-prime residential projects.
- Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
