Hiring: Contracts Manager (contract)
Location: Weybridge, Surrey or London - 2/3 days onsite per week
Start date: ASAP
Pay: Up to 800 per day inside IR35
Duration: 9 months
Experis have partnered with a public sector client who are seeking a Contracts Manager to support on a significant national project which protects against animal disease threats.
Please only apply to this role if you hold active CTC/SC Clearance OR are eligible to obtain it.
Key Requirements:
- Significant work experience in construction or related industry
- Proven experience managing NEC contracts.
- Prior experience implementing a contract management solution for a large organisation/project
- Experience managing a principal contract
Desirable:
- Background within healthcare/animals/central government highly desirable
- Quantity surveyor exposure
- Legal experience would be helpful
Security Clearance:
CTC / SC preferred, if you do not hold CTC or SC, you will not be able to start until the clearance is granted
