About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedContracts Managerto lead high-end residential projects across London. You'll oversee JCT contracts, manage project teams, and ensure top-tier standards in safety, quality, and cost control. These projects are renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, delivering luxury homes with cutting-edge construction techniques and the finest materials.Key Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:
- Manage client and consultant relationships.
- Supervise project teams and sub-contractors.
- Oversee the implementation of JCT contracts.
- Lead project scheduling, timeline management, and EOT claims.
- Maintain commercial success, managing budgets and risks.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
Skills & Requirements of the Contracts Manager:
- Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, MCIOB.
- Proven experience in high-end residential construction.
- Expertise in JCT contracts and construction law.
- Strong project management, leadership, and commercial skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software
